Fabrice serves as the Deputy City Manager at the City of Lancaster, TX.  He joined the City of Lancaster as a graduate intern in December, 2013. Fabrice obtained a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Public Budgeting and Financial Management from the University of Texas at Arlington.

In May 2014 he accepted the position of Assistant to the City Manager. In October 2018 Fabrice was promoted to Assistant City Manager. In October 2020 Fabrice was promoted to Deputy City Manager.

Fabrice is a member of the International City Managers Association (ICMA), Urban Management Assistants of North Texas (UMANT), Emerging Local Government Leaders (ELGL), and North Texas City Management Association (NTCMA). He has completed several leadership training programs including the Certified Public Manager program, the University of Virginia Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service-LEAD and the Leadership ICMA program Class of 2019.
