The Senior Executive Institute (SEI), Leading Educating and Developing (LEAD),and the Local Government Equity Clinic, housed in the Weldon Cooper Center’s Virginia Institute of Government, build the capacity of local government executives and public leaders in an intense program of courses that develop the skills necessary for effective, high performing, and inclusive local governance.
